Our team
Our team brings wealth of experience across various fields, including leadership, community development, forestry, education, land assessment, geographic information systems, rural surveys, and natural disaster response. We also have extensive experience in information management systems, stakeholder engagement, project management, and life skills training, alongside strong capabilities in counseling, social issue awareness and negotiation

Management & Leadership Team
Luke Abor
Founder | Executive Director & Program Lead
Luke is the Founder and Executive Director of Pori Development Association. He leads the organization’s strategic vision, partnerships, and program development, with a strong focus on community development, WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene), climate resilience, renewable energy, and sustainable livelihoods in rural Papua New Guinea.
Luke has led multiple borehole drilling, solar water supply, and community infrastructure projects, working closely with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and development partners to deliver inclusive, sustainable solutions that improve quality of life in underserved areas. As Program Lead, he oversees project design, implementation, monitoring, and impact measurement across all Pori initiatives.
Emmanuel Monup
Co-Founder | Operations Lead
Emmanuel Monup is a Co-Founder of Pori Development Association and serves as Operations Lead. He oversees field operations, logistics, project coordination, and community engagement. Emmanuel plays a key role in translating project plans into effective on-the-ground implementation, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with community needs and local contexts.
Gabriella Douglas
Co-Founder | Finance Lead
Gabriella Douglas is a Co-Founder of Pori Development Association and serves as Finance Lead. She is responsible for financial management, budgeting, accountability systems, and financial reporting. Gabriella ensures transparent financial governance and strong financial controls, supporting donor confidence and long-term organizational sustainability.
Gabriella A. Macon
Co-Founder | Grants & ICT Lead
Gabriella A. Macon is a Co-Founder of Pori Development Association and leads Grants and ICT. She oversees grant research, proposal development, donor compliance, reporting systems, and digital infrastructure. She also leads the organization’s ICT strategy, strengthening digital systems for data management, communication, transparency, and operational efficiency across programs.
